Case study — Launch campaign

Morrow Studio

A design-tool startup emerging from stealth. We staged the launch as a three-act story — teaser, reveal, proof — so day one felt like an event, not an announcement.

SCOPE

Strategy, launch film, cutdowns

TIMELINE

Eight weeks to launch day

The challenge

Nobody waits for software anymore.

Morrow had waited two years to launch and couldn’t afford a quiet week one. The campaign had to earn attention before the product was even visible — then convert that attention into signups.

The approach

Three acts, one crescendo.

Act one teased the problem with portrait-led shorts. Act two revealed the product in a two-minute launch film. Act three handed the microphone to beta customers. Each act fed the next, and every asset was cut for its channel.
